Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Senior Scheduling Specialist for Dow in Hoek.

As a Senior Scheduling Specialist, you will perform the following working activities: 

• Improve Construction Schedule Management Work Process and share learning experiences
• Coach on discipline knowledge exchange and quality application
• Recommend cycle time reduction opportunities
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules
• Utilize cost estimates to align schedules with scope of work
• Validate schedule durations and ensure resource leveling
• Lead project teams in forecasting schedule challenges
• Analyze critical path and offer solutions for on-time project completion
• Evaluate project deviations and propose recovery plans
• Apply schedule management practices for issue resolution

Gevraagd

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical, E&I, construction technology)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working for an asset owner (or EPC company) as a construction scheduler
• Proficiency in Dutch and English language, at least

• Availability for a 40-hour workweek
