About the job

• Managing facilities, cleanroom and production areas
• Maintaining existing production processes and coordinating daily support of production
• Coordinating NCMR’s and CAPA as needed
• Maintaining production and facilities monitoring databases
• Overseeing and maintaining the tool control system
• Responsible for maintenance of applicable manufacturing and product development related documents
• Supervising the Engineering Department
• Coordinating Engineering efforts with other production sites
• Being the primary contact for engineering and projects within your branch

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical or systems engineering (medical device sector is a plus, but not required)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques is a plus
• Interest in microbiology and sterilization a plus
• Firm and independent personality
• Very good knowledge of English language, Dutch is a plus
• Residing in the Netherlands
