Role Description
As a Cell Culture Production Operator you will use expertise in the field of cell therapy. This involves the use of living cells to treat various medical conditions. Within a small team of technician, you will performing routine cell culture tasks, and documenting experimental procedures. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of laboratory techniques and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
– Carry out all tasks associated with producing clinical products following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, batch records, deviation management, and change control processes.
– Efficiently recognize and address processing and equipment challenges to ensure smooth operations.
– Follow GMP protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements
– Must have either a MBO degree or a Bachelor’s degree. Masters degree not preferred due to seniority.
– Willing to work with routine’s and hands-on within GMP environment.
– Basic knowledge of Cell culture processes and/or GMP experience within a lab.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Availability to work in shifts and weekends (NO night shift, NOT every weekend).

Other Information 

Shifts are: Morning from 07:00 to 15:00 // Day from 09:00 to 17:00 // Evening from 15:00 to 23:00. Working days: You have 2 days off per week, each week is going to be different.
