The role: Operator
As an Operator you will play a pivotal role in our mission to redefine the world of textiles. Working closely with the Technical Manager and the Senior Management team you will be reporting to a Shift Leader. You will be responsible for:

• SOP’s of our machine park
• dyeing machines and other machines whilst always maintaining a keen eye for cleanliness and safety
• the start-up and shut down of operating equipment
• preventative and routine maintenance, preserving longevity of our machinery
• by example by adhering to health & safety policies and promoting safe standards of work
• in general duties within the factory ensuring a smooth running operation

What do you bring

• to operate complex state of the art machinery.
• experience working within a factory environment operating different machinery
• you bring previous experience working within a textile or dyeing company that is a huge bonus
• in English, good understanding of Dutch (both a must)
• technical proficiency, attention to detail, problem solving skills, safety consciousness, excellent communication skills

• EUR 3000 – 4000 (monthly gross salary)
• working week; Monday - Friday (40 hours)
• the moment we only operate durint the day in future rotating shifts will be implemented; you are either starting at 6am or 2pm
