You handle customs formalities and documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth cross-border movement of goods.

Description

• Execute Customs brokerage activities for import & export.
• Monitor the filing of correct customs declarations and classification of harmonized codes.
• Monitor the accuracy of data integrity in the SDB Customs brokerage applications.
• Monitor and maintain local procedures according to compliance programs such as ISO and AEO.
• Monitor correct and timely invoicing of Customs duties, VAT, cost and fee’s and payment of Customs assessment.
• Gaining knowledge and skills required in the continuously changing environment of Customs and International trade.
• Advice customers and colleagues on Customs inquiries.

Gevraagd

* Qualified broker and/or excellent knowledge about Customs and VAT regulations
* Accurate and analytical
* Highly motivated and ability to learn continuous
* Ability to perform in a dynamic and changing environment
* Self-starter and finisher with a good business sense setting the right priorities
* Computer knowledge MS-office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
* Good English language skills (verbal and writing)
* Good knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
