As a Site Manager with Siemens Gamesa, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of wind turbines at Hollandse Kust Zuid, contributing directly to the success of this groundbreaking project. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily service operations with a strong emphasis on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Provide visible and proactive EHS leadership, serving as a role model for the team.
• Manage risks and opportunities effectively, implementing countermeasures and ensuring transparent communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer management on site, representing Siemens Gamesa with professionalism.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary site team to achieve project targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service KPIs and reporting processes.

Siemens Gamesa is proud to be involved in the Hollandse Kust Zuid (Holland Coast South) wind park. This project is important for renewable energy in the Netherlands. This offshore wind park, located off the coast of South Holland, represents a crucial step forward in the country's renewable energy goals, providing clean, reliable power to thousands of households.

This role offers a rotational schedule of 14 days on (1 day off in between) and 14 days off, providing a balanced work-life structure.

What do you need?

• Previous experience as a site manager, preferably in offshore wind.
• Technical background, preferably in renewable energy or similar
• Valid driving licence (B category).
• EU passport (hard requirement)
• Proven resilience to stress (with clear examples from your career).
• Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Ownership mentality towards Environment, Quality, Safety, and Operational excellence; safety first!
• Know about health and safety laws and procedures, known as HSE.
• Proficiency in IT tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary: €4800 – €5500 p.m. based on full-time (excl. add-ons, holidays etc.).
• Hours: rotational schedule of 14 days on (1 day off in between) and 14 days off.
• Location: IJmuiden
  • Incidental support within the EU can be requested
• Start date: flexible, but the sooner, the better
• Contract: 1 year via Yacht, after that extension or a perm contract with the company is possible
