As a production employee you are partly responsible for the entire production process within the organization. This process consists of 11 different phases and you will make these your own. For these activities you sometimes work with heavy industrial tools, so it is important that you are physically fit to work with them! Your working week consists of:

• Pouring concrete into a mold 100 meters long; 
• Tensioning of steel cables; 
• Working of concrete according to the drawing; 
• Cutting concrete to size; 
• Wipe the rails and mold clean before the concrete dries.

The floors are concrete elements used in residential construction and buildings where people work, such as shops, factories or offices. • As a production employee you will receive a starting salary of €15,90 per hour including allowances & 14,28 excluding allowances;
• Pay rise after three months of €16,15 per hour including allowances & €14,50 excluding allowances;
