Ambition

Priva develops and supplies climate systems for buildings, greenhouse horticulture and indoor growing. Priva leads the field in energy management and comfort optimization. By listening carefully to users, a unique user-friendly interface and strong technical support, Priva makes a substantial contribution to increasing sustainability and reducing its customers' energy costs.

Your assignment

With the team, you will accelerate growth and build Priva's market position. You manage Priva's day-to-day operations and are P&L responsible for the Building Automation Business Unit. You focus on strategic partnerships with (larger) installers and system integrators. Besides that, you also work on further developing consultants, investors, and large end users. This creates a network of partners who are at the forefront of innovation and sustainability and with whom you can offer the users of Priva's systems optimum returns and efficiency.

We are looking for the person to help take Priva BE/LUX to the next stage of development.

As the Country Manager you are a natural inspirer and know how to create strong connections within the team. You are result-oriented and plan-driven to increase presence among “specifiers/ consultants and investors”. You will have some key accounts of your own, will work on Sales (mainly Business Development), and have experience with HVAC processes, measurement & control technology, and BMS. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and French and highly proficient in Dutch.

To fill this position well, you will bring with you a solid commercial background in the construction industry and multi-year management experience. You can rely on your network in the construction/installation sector and know how to connect the various parties in this industry.
