Role Description
In this role you carry the company vision of quality to the customer, internal organization, and work floor. By staying informed about new developments and methodologies, you are able to elevate all QA (and related) processes to a higher level while working together with the QC team.

Responsibilities
–You translate legislation, customer requirements, and the company policies into local procedures and instructions.
-You manage the local quality management system.
-You facilitate (customer) audits and (customer) visits, including preparation and follow-up (CAPA management).
-You receive, assess, and ensure follow-up of complaints.
-You participate in site- or chain-wide projects and conduct Root Cause Analyses from a quality perspective.

Requirements
– Bachelors or Master’s degree in life Sciences technology or a similar field.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
– Proficient in the Dutch and English language in both speaking and writing.
