• You can speak English fluently and can read Dutch work instructions;
• You have at least a vocational (MBO) level of education, with a degree in MLO or HLO being highly welcome;
• You are available to work full-time in morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday.

what will you do

As a production worker, you will be assigned to one of the six departments at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and be part of the support team. In this role, you will perform core tasks and supportive, routine activities. Your responsibilities will include providing materials and other resources. You will work according to a 5 shift schedule, 4 days of work followed by 2 days off. Morning shifts are from 07:00 to 15:30 and evening shifts are from 15:00 to 23:30. Below, you can read about what you will do on a typical workday:

• Replacing filters;
• Conducting pressure tests;
• Emptying washers;
• Assembling containers;
• Supplying the necessary materials to departments.

where will you work

The medications produced by Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden are inject able fluids. Clean and precise work is of utmost importance in this production process. All employees, including production worker, wear special suits and adhere to strict safety and quality standards known as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). The work takes place in a clean room to meet hygiene requirements
