You adapt the machine's working speed to the job and signal unsafe situations in time. If your work takes a break, you lend a hand with your teammates. You will work with a motivated and dynamic team, mainly in the broad region of Belgian and Dutch Limburg. With the team consultation For each assignment, you will work out the work plan and strive to achieve the most efficient approach. You report the progress and quality of the work to the supervisor. Together, you are active in asphalting roads, roundabouts, company premises, car parks, as well as carrying out road repairs. As an operator, you care for your own equipment and are responsible for preparing the asphalt machine for operation and the daily maintenance of it. Your signals and resolves machine malfunctions in a timely manner.
