Whether you have experience as an Purchasing Officer or you just have graduated, it doesn't matter for this position! What will you be doing in this role?
- Processing requests (e.g., parts, tools, services, etc.) into purchase orders, repair orders, sales orders, etc., and following up on these orders;
- Arranging and tracking all shipments, including drop shipments and AOG transport;
- Generating reports for internal and external customers;
- Monitoring and tracking high-value components during maintenance projects;
- Providing reporting and administrative support to the Head of Logistics;
- Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing quotations.

- A starting salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month;
- A contract via Flexibility Limburg, with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 – 8 months of good performance;

What do you bring?
- A completed Secondary vocational education (MBO) or Higher vocational education (HBO);
- Experience in a similar role in an international work environment is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and databases;
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with deadlines.
