We are looking for new talent!
We are searching for an enthusiastic team leader at the 2nd Maasvlakte in Rotterdam! Are you result-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoy leading colleagues in a positive way? Then this vacancy is tailor-made for you!

As a team leader, you will ensure the smooth handling of two to three projects per year. These projects, typically lasting around six months, involve the cleaning, blasting, and coating of various products. Thanks to the varying scope of each project, the work remains diverse. What are you going to do?

• You will lead a team of approximately 30 people.
• You will ensure that the production schedule is met by monitoring the production process and making adjustments where necessary.
• You will uphold quality standards at every step of the process and ensure that everything is arranged from A to Z before customer inspection.
• You will accurately document all steps and any deviations in the production process, providing a complete quality report.
• You will ensure a safe working environment.

What are your working hours?
At this location, we work in shifts from Monday to Sunday. We follow a recurring three-week schedule where you will work alternately 3 days, 6 days, and 5 days. Day shifts start at 06:00 am and end at 3:00 pm; evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. The shifts are rotated and some flexibility in the schedule is possible.

What do you bring with you?

• At least three years of experience in a management position, preferably within the conservation industry.
• Experience in operational activities (blasting, spraying, coating, etc.) is a plus.
• Holding a CIP level-1 certificate is a plus.
