Line Operator Oosterhout (NB)

You will work full-time at an originally family business that specializes in producing the best (spreadable) meat products. The company is located in the region of Breda/Oosterhout. 

You are the missing linchpin in the production process! You will be responsible for the coordination and realization of all work on the production line. From semi-finished product to finished product, thanks to your efforts the best products will be produced, while also meeting all quality, safety and hygiene standards. You will supervise several production workers on the line and guide, coach and motivate them in their development. There is plenty of variety. You will also supervise the maintenance of the stock on the line, resolve technical malfunctions on the production lines and machines, support the head of the department and cooperate in the production process when necessary. Thanks to your previous work experience you can work on several production lines.

The Line Operator we are looking for:

• Has good communication skills and mastery of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing;
• Can draw confidence from previous work experience (at least four years) in a similar position in a production environment, within the food industry;
• Stands firmly on his/her feet and effortlessly manages multiple production employees;
• Has at least MBO-2 working and thinking level, preferably in the Food industry and has knowledge of HACCP and quality systems such as BRC and IFS.
