Operator Extrusion Oosterhout (NB)

You will be working at an organization based in the Breda / Oosterhout region that is engaged in plastic processing. The position of Operator Extrusion concerns a full-time appointment, in 3 shifts. The working hours are from 06.00h to 14.00h / 14.00h - 22.00h & 22.00h - 06.00h. You will work within a team to get the optimal output from the extrusion lines. Within the team, you have an independent working attitude and are quality oriented. You ensure a safe and good production process.

As an Operator Extrusion, you will be responsible for the production of granules. And that involves a lot! You will prepare and set up machines and operate them during the production process. You see to it that the stock of base materials is always up to standard and perform regular inspection activities during the process. This includes testing color deviations and checking MFR. After each extrusion run, you will ensure that the machines, parts and peripheral equipment used are cleaned and during your shift you will ensure a clean and safe working environment. As Operator Extrusion you know what is involved in working with machines, you are able to solve (small) technical failures independently. You also make sure that finished products arrive at the right place. Together with your colleagues you make sure not only that everything goes according to plan, but also that all products are of the best possible quality!

As an Operator Extrusion, you bring this to the shop floor:

• You have experience in a process environment. It is a plus if you have a technical degree such as Vapro, operator A/B;
• You have a forklift certificate;
• You are flexible;
• You master the Dutch language;
• And you are a go-getter and not afraid of a bit of dust. 

With the position of Operator Extrusion comes, of course, appropriate remuneration. So you are guaranteed:

• A good gross hourly wage of €13.43 excluding shift bonus;
