who are you

You are a welder MIG MAG. Just finished your training or course, tons of experience or everything in between. Whatever your motivations. You are ready for a new challenge.

• you have a welding diploma in MIG/MAG (level 2 higher) or;
• you have gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• you have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

what will you do

You will get to work building the world's very first hybrid tower crane. A job you can be proud of. You are responsible for welding according to drawings, which you do completely independently.

You have a varied and challenging job that suits your work experience and ambition. You actively think along, identify deviations in the products and suggest improvements regarding the environment and safety. Quality and accuracy are very important to you. You perform visual inspections of your products and take care of the corresponding administration.

• preparing and assembling material;
• perform MIG MAG welding work with great accuracy and skill;
• inspecting and checking the products you have welded.

where will you work

Spierings Mobile Cranes is a people-oriented organization. Although they have grown rapidly in recent years, it still feels like a family business. If you work at Spierings, you get the necessary PPE to do your job well. (Own work overalls and welding helmet). There is also plenty of room for socializing. And there is coffee, tea and soup ready for you in the canteen. You determine your own schedule in consultation with your supervisor. Would you like to start early in the morning or would you rather start later? It is all negotiable.

A lot of time and energy is put into your development. This happens during your work on the shop floor. But a lot of training is also given in the Spierings Academy, which is located in the Spierings building. Think about safety, obtaining welding certificates, stamping certificates, new welding techniques and much more. Everything to help you become even better in your field.
