Production employee

Are you immediately available for production work in Raamsdonksveer ? Do you have experience in (food) production and are you ready for a new challenge? Then read on! 

As a production employee you play a crucial role in the production process, where you are involved in various tasks and responsibilities such as: 

• As a production employee on the ovens & pasta line, you are responsible for the perfect roasting of raw peanuts and processing them into high-quality peanut paste. 
• Flexibility is your asset, because you move effortlessly between different workplaces and carry out quality checks to ensure customer standards.
• From filling jars to sticking the right labels, every detail contributes to the quality of the end product.

A varied job in which you get the opportunity to work in various departments and production lines. This challenging role not only offers variety in tasks, but also in working hours, so one week you work from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and the next week from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM.

Wat wij jou bieden

• A starting salary between € 2,300 - € 2,742 gross per month excluding shift allowance;
• Career opportunities to operator or cooperating foreman;
• Surcharges outside working hours from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, up to 150%;
• A thirteenth month;
• Travel allowance from 10 km of € 0.23 per km;
• Access to the company gym including personal trainer;
• Fresh fruit and fun company outings;
• If functioning properly, there is a chance of takeover by the client;
• A non-contributory pension upon takeover.
