Step into the dynamic world of McCain, the market leader in frozen potato products and snacks, and take a key position within our production department in the Netherlands. We are looking for a driven assistant teamlead who, together with the Production Team Leader, will be responsible for directing our production processes. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the realization of our high-quality products, according to the planned production schedules and quality standards, and you will ensure smooth coordination of our packing line and safe working conditions.

What you will do:

As a Assistant Teamlead at McCain, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the employees at the production and packing lines, serving as a role model.
• Motivate and guide the team to deliver optimal performance.
• Ensure the quality and safety within the production department.
• Proactively solve problems and improve processes in collaboration with the technical service.
• Ensure a structured handover of tasks between different shifts.
• Substitute for the Production Team Leader in their absence and work closely with other departments such as QA and the technical service.
