You always wonder if things can be done better, faster and more efficiently. Your Team Manager will be happy to listen to your input and you will work on it together.

How will your working week look like?
 

• You are present on the floor at all times to get the most out of it every day together with your colleagues.

• You are the operational point of contact for the employees of the relevant department on the floor and ensure that they can do their work without problems and/or delays.

• Together with your team manager outbound, you and your team are responsible for the correct (stock) data of our items.

• You are jointly responsible for various quality and quantity objectives and that work is done safely.

• As a manager, you are responsible for receiving and training new colleagues.

• You also ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in your team.

• You have experience in logistics and ready for your next step! Your English language skills are good.

• You are a real go-getter and know how to motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and each other.

• You can communicate clearly and are open and accessible. You don't shy away from training new employees either. Customer focus is your top priority and you always keep your promises.

• Flexibility: you have no problem working evenings and weekends.
