We operate from the locations Sittard & Kerkrade and are operational throughout the Netherlands. Due to the growth of our organisation, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our current team!
Our organisation is growing, and you will be working as a Payroll Clerk within an experienced team of Back Office staff and the Finance Manager. This means that you will have a source of information and advice. We expect you to work independently within our team and to take on the following responsibilities and tasks:
- You are responsible for the timely and correct handling of the weekly and
4-weekly payroll administration
- You are responsible for the correct application of laws and regulations in combination with a correct set-up of our automated payroll system Easyflex
- You act as a contact person for personnel and salary administration related questions
- You are responsible for the punctual and timely processing of our weekly invoicing
- You monitor a.o. phase classification, successive employership and pension obligations
- You give support and take care of the preparation of NEN4400-1 and Cao audits
- You have an HBO work and thinking level
- You have proven experience with payroll administration, where knowledge of Easyflex software is a strong advantage
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have knowledge of laws and regulations within the Flex sector, temporary employment agreements and hirer's remuneration. Preferably a general knowledge of labour law.
- You have a proactive working attitude and are able to work carefully and independently
- You like to think along with us and to analyse and improve processes
- You have strong communication and writing skills
- You are stress resistant, practical and have a great sense of responsibility
