We are currently seeking an operator for the Ball Production Department at Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst. This department is responsible for manufacturing the ball of a towbar using machining processes. The position involves working in a 2-shift system, with working hours from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. As an operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and adjusting the machine;
• Operating the machine;
• Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions;
• Conducting quality control checks.

As an operator, you will receive comprehensive training to operate every machine in the department. Upon joining Brink Towing Systems, you will undergo an onboarding process to quickly become independent. It's essential for an operator to have a proactive approach and the right work ethic. This position offers long-term prospects.

You will be working at Brink Towing Systems B.V. in Staphorst, a leading technical manufacturing company specializing in producing towbars for the automotive sector. With years of experience in the industry, their towbars are ubiquitous worldwide. The towbar is manufactured entirely within this organization, from start to finish.

Wij bieden

• Gross salary starting from €14.52 per hour;
• 15% shift allowance;
• Additional day off (ADV) allowance of 5.12%;
• Reimbursement of travel expenses;
• Collective labor agreement (Cao) allowance of €0.35 gross per hour;
• Potential for a permanent contract.
