Description

XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a Trainer for its location in the Netherlands.

Summary
The trainer will be responsible for teaching the correct and manufacture’s recommended techniques to teach customers how to install automotive window film and paint protection film. In addition, they will demonstrate experience in film installation and develop new methodologies to increase the success of the customer. Effective trainers must demonstrate experience in communicating effectively, gaining credibility and developing productive relationships with client’s installation team. The trainer will need to lead with insight and build effective partnerships and encourage and motivate the participants to work with XPEL products.

Core Duties

• Conduct training classes for installation of XPEL Film
• Develop the necessary skills to professionally install XPEL Film and other products
• Identify installation mistakes and correctly guide trainees through the install process
• Prepare all necessary supplies and materials for training class and separates disposal after the training
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to conduct training at dealerships and customer’s facilities
• Follow up with trainees after they have left class
• Work with customer service to provide technical installation assistance to XPEL customers
• Shoot or support installation videos
• Provide technical installation assistance as necessary to XPEL customers
• Other duties as required.

• Highly motivated and organized with an excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel periodically
• Knowledge of PPF installation and experience installing XPEL PPF
• MBO signing education or an equivalent “hands on” education.
