During your work as a Production Worker, you will produce bags and/or pouches according to qualitative and quantitative standards and safety regulations. Other tasks include:

• Checking quality of the products and report deviations to the supervisor;
• Realizing the production and supplying the machines;
• Packing the products;
• Keeping the working environment clean/orderly by complying with legal and company regulations, including safety, quality, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;
• Ensuring continuous process flow;
• Promoting output;
• Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement to team leader;
• And performing tasks according to the 5S principle.

You can start as a Production Worker when:

• You have an affinity with technology, specialist knowledge is not required;
• You have at least 3 months of (internal) experience;
• You have knowledge of the Dutch language (level A2);
• You are result-oriented, involved, accurate and flexible;
• And a forklift certificate is a plus.

As a Production Worker, you can expect the following:

• A gross hourly wage of €13,80
• A shift bonus of 20%;
• Working in 3 shifts;
• And a full-time employment.
