Are you interested in a role as an operator at a world-leading supplier of precision plastic components? At this company, you can specialize in injection molding and assembling of high-quality, unique products.

As an operator you work in our production department, where the production processes take place under clean, controlled conditions and in clean rooms. Safety, environmental awareness, quality, punctuality and efficiency have the highest priority here. 

Your tasks include:

• Operating semi- and fully automatic assembly machines
• Correctly complete and process all production and pallet documentation, including batch documentation, pallet cards and production cards
• Carrying out assembly work
• Requesting materials from the warehouse
• Carrying out and registering prescribed checks during the production process and on the end product
• Reporting quality deviations
• Contribute to improvements to optimize the production line
• Periodic cleaning of the machines in accordance with GMP regulations

This company has been a global supplier of precision components in rubber and plastic for more than 80 years. They specialize in complex assemblies for the Food, Health and Mobility markets. In collaboration with the customer, they develop products made of plastic, rubber, or a combination thereof. They then assemble these into semifinished products or complete functional modules. The products are used in various applications, including medical cartridges, point-of-care instruments, diagnostic devices, fuel, braking and propulsion systems, and dosing systems for beer, coffee and milk. The production processes take place under clean, controlled conditions and in cleanrooms, with a strong emphasis on safety, environmental awareness, quality, punctuality and efficiency to optimally serve our customers. More than 100 employees work at the location in Tilburg.

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,379 - € 2,572 based on your knowledge and experience
• A shift allowance of 19%;3% assessment surcharge and 4.6% ADV surcharge

Wat vragen wij van je

They welcome operators who can work well in a team and have experience as an operator in a production environment. Experience and skills in the following areas are highly welcome:

• Preferably experience in a clean room and/or injection molding environment
• Accuracy in your work
• Customer focus
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime (when colleagues are ill or on holiday)
• Experience with computer systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 350 is a plus)
• You are willing to work in 3 shifts
• Command of the Dutch language.
