Jouw mogelijkheden als SAP CoE - Solutions Lead bij Capgemini

As SAP Global CoE expert in Europe, you will be a key actor of the presales and delivery of SAP transformation programs across Europe, leveraging our unique and flexible end-to-end approach. Starting from the business ambition, we translate it into a target architecture and progressive roadmap that delivers business value faster, by combining “core SAP” implementation of SAP S/4HANA and Agile delivery for the BTP and Cloud applications.

Your field of play is Europe – the job can be based anywhere in Europe and includes a combination of work from home and physical presence at customers or events.

You will have a passion to work with our clients, bringing their business ambitions to life with SAP S/4HANA based transformation.

• You have been a key player in large S/4HANA projects or programs for global customers (team size of 50+ people)

• You have more than 7 years of experience in SAP either in project management, or as architect or domain expert.

• You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP transformation

• Endowed with a natural leadership, your qualities of customer relationship and business development are recognized.

• Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenge, and you know how to transform constraints into opportunities.

• Deeply immersed in your ecosystem, you materialize business development leads.

• You are used to work in an international environment, with different teams – business advisory consultants, solution experts, marketing and sales teams, … and create networks across countries

• Engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level

• Additionally, be able to demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn

• Strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organisations

The Global SAP CoE is the presales and portfolio leading team across Regions (North Americas, Europe, APAC), made of a global network of SAP presales leads, engagement managers and architects / specialists – our “SAP CoE experts” - that are driving the rapid expansion of our SAP business globally (S/4HANA, BTP and Saas/Paas Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud).

We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. You as SAP CoE expert will be assigned to SAP Global CoE in Europe region, to support the digital transformation of companies and respond to their challenges of transforming their businesses around SAP solutions (S/4 HANA at the core, BTP, and all required extensions from both SAP, Hyperscalers or other third party SAP partners).

You are mobile, you have a good level of English and you like innovative projects. An offshore or international experience would be a real plus.
