Feature Overview: 

Diebold Nixdorf EV Charging Services come with a unique set of consumer-facing technologies and devices and need to be proactively managed end-to-end by a professional team, just like the rest of the IT Ecosystem. The DN AllConnect Services℠ team provides EV charging services to our customers.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be fully trained in the maintenance of Electronic Vehicle Charging (EVC) units and our ATM and Retail products. You will travel through parts of the Netherlands and perform technical maintenance on the EVC hardware and software at customers.

You will work to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction, providing scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services to perform minor product repairs within an assigned area.

• Incident handling and uses diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Configures and installs applicable software. EVC Preventive Maintenance.
• Installing, moving, adding, modifying, and removing hardware and software products. Customer Training
• Observes technical or process issues, informs manager/other relevant personnel and makes recommendations for improvement and completes all required paperwork.
• Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery.
• Proactive support to the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise

Aanbod

Required qualifications:

• MBO3 or MBO4 in Electrical, Electrician or Mechatronics.
• Speaks fluent Dutch and moderate English.
• Have a full driver's license.
• Flexibility to work one Saturday every two weeks.

Recommended qualifications:Ideally, you should have the VCA certificate and the NEN3140 certificate, but we can provide training.
