Role Description
As a Junior Product Design & Development, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure new and reformulated products meet project briefs and technical, legislative, nutritional, sensory, and safety standards, implementable on lab and pilot scales.

Responsibilities
– Oversee technical stages of formulation design and development execution.
– Develop lab and pilot plant prototypes meeting key success criteria and decision requirements.
– Effectively communicate and manage diverse stakeholders within interdisciplinary teams.
– Ensure adherence to internal quality procedures by maintaining excellent standards of technical documentation.

Requirement
– Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in food science, food technology, or a related field.
– Proficient in analyzing intricate problems and offering practical solutions with actionable plans.
– Demonstrates a proactive approach in sharing information, best practices, and insights with team members.
– Fluent in both spoken and written English.
