Our client is a successful development company consisting of experienced developers only from all over the world. What sets them apart? Sharing knowledge, building interesting products using the latest Java technologies, and, above all: having fun while doing it! Even though it is a start-up, they are backed by a network of 11 other companies (250 FTE) with a proven track record in IT development and consultancy. Each with their own focus, but all working towards a common goal. Besides development, they dedicate a lot of time to learning; from each other, meetings, and conferences

They believe in small companies (up to 30 people) without a traditional management structure. Instead, they focus on enabling their developers to do what they do best. Being creative, thinking outside the box, using the latest techniques, and sharing knowledge amongst each other. Through their network they have already established a proven track record at some of the most prestigious companies throughout the Netherlands, focusing on Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam. Their founder hired us to extend his network in order to find the best Java talent from all over the world. Experience in the Dutch market would be a big plus, but it is not required.

Are you an experienced Java developer, and do you see software development as a craft that is never perfected? You’re passionate about working with the latest Java technologies in a Microservice Architecture. You have worked with Public Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Red Hat. Setting up CI/CD pipelines is nothing new to you, but you’re also used to working with Docker and/or Kubernetes for containers. You also have the willingness to share your experience with your colleagues and Developers. In short: we give you the possibility to become the best Software Developer possible.
