Wat ga je doen?
As an Application Security Specialist, you will be part of the IT Security team at this organization. This department has a main responsibility for supporting the Global Security Optimization team. Furthermore, you will support on addressing security vulnerabilities on the e-commerce platform and other B2C and B2B web services. You will also support on maintaining an Attack Surface Management platform, configure and maintain Web Application Firewall and Website Protection. Moreover, you will support on threat modeling, design reviews and penetration testing of external facing web applications. Besides, you will create and maintain a secure code training baseline for the training process of the development teams. To add, you are going to implement and execute automated web application security testing tools (SAST/DAST). As the IT Security team consists mostly of English speakers, it is required that you speak English on a B2 level. Finally, this company highly values your expertise and thoughts, so you will search for opportunities and improvements and share them with the rest of your team!

Vereisten

• You have a BSc / MSc working and thinking level;
  
• You have an affinity with IT Secruirity and preferably granted some relavant experience with Web App penetration testing, SAST/DAST and vulnerability management (or you are willing to learn this); 
  
• You have some knowledge of Web Application Firewalls;
  
• you have some knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts; 
  
• You have some experience on various commercial and open-source penetration testing tools;
  
• Sudden changes do not upset you, but challenge you to quickly find your way; 
  
• Because English is the main language at this organization, your English language skills are excellent.
