Requirements:
- A proactive hands-on approach and possession of a Technical diploma or certification in relevant fields (in compliance with Dutch standards).
- Practical experience as a technician, whether with automobiles or machinery.
- Fluency in either English OR Dutch.
- Willingness to adapt to a demanding 5-shift schedule, including rotating shifts.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
