What are you going to do

Upforce is a leading supplier of (international) temporary workers for the Dutch market. We supply temporary workers to many companies in the logistics, production, food and technology sectors. We also offer housing to the migrant workers who are employed by us. This housing is high-quality and SNF certified and meets the standards of the various authorities.

After an induction period, you will be responsible and cooperative for the housing, transport and coordinators departments. These departments are responsible for facilitating, managing and organizing the housing, transport and welfare of our flex workers. You are closely involved in all processes regarding these departments and are responsible for internal and external communication. This includes maintaining contacts with municipalities and homeowners and making new price agreements every year (if applicable). Your role as a manager also means that you identify and solve problems within organizational policy, you monitor processes and assets (e.g. rental terms, extension of rental contracts for housing and transport) and advise your manager on improvements, proactive solutions, plans for more efficient working) Further you are responsible for the purchase (in coordination with the purchasing department) of materials.

In addition to the above, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining and further expanding your network of business relationships (also internally);
  • Ensuring that our documentation complies with the correct laws and regulations;
  • The purchasing and invoicing of the housing department;
  • Managing and monitoring vacancies and acting proactively accordingly;
  • Monitoring SNF and preparing and supervising SNF administrative audits.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the housing and transport of our temporary workers is perfectly arranged!


We ask this of you

You are a team player who can set up and maintain collaborations both internally and externally to support the operational housing activities. In addition, you have:

  • A flexible attitude, always proactively focused on solving common challenges;
  • Communication skills to have conversations at various levels;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language. Polish is an advantage;
  • Experience in a similar role and you have an affinity with housing.
