We are looking for a Warehouse Employee for our location in Venlo. Are you ready to work within the dynamic world of medical products and services? At Stryker, you will do so in a clean and excellent working environment. Imagine your working day with us: as a Warehouse Employee , you will start your day with a short team meeting on your department, where the work priorities for the day are discussed. Your tasks will be: • loading and unloading trucks; • receiving, scanning, processing and storing goods; • picking and packing orders; • assembling surgery kits and keeping the warehouse organized; • labeling items appropriately; • preparing orders for shipment. During the day, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Your day ends with a satisfied feeling because you have contributed to the smooth operation of our warehouse and customer satisfaction. At Stryker, we have a unique opportunity for you as Warehouse Employee! We offer a full-time position of 40 hours per week (working parttime is also possible), with the possibility of a contract. You can count on a stable working week, which offers peace and security in your planning. The great thing about working at Stryker? You will contribute daily to improving healthcare, in a clean and pleasant working environment within medical logistics. What else do we have to offer? • Based on 40 hours you will receive an attractive salary between €2300 and €2530 gross per month, depending on allowances if you work in shifts;
• (Partially) paid breaks;
• Contract with hourly guarantee;
• Travel expenses €0,23 per kilometer (from the 1st kilometer!);
• Working in day shift or in 2 shifts possible;
• Opportunities to follow internal training and courses;
• Fresh catering service in the canteen;
• Free use of internal fitness room.
