The Network/Virtualization Engineers will monitor and maintain the Virtual/Local/Hybrid networks of our customers, as well as the infrastructure of our own Cloud Solution, Desktop Anywhere.

This includes:

• Migrate networks towards Desktop Anywhere.
• Configure firewalls, VPN, switches, servers (email, file, DHCP, DNS, cluster, NLB, virtualization) either on local infrastructure or virtual in public cloud (Azure).
• Write PowerShell scripts and optimize processes.
• Hardware maintenance: installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware failures, monitor system alerts and reports on servers, testing and evaluating new technology, conducting safety checks on computer equipment, assure business continuity by applying recovery plans.
• Software Support: troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving software faults, processes automation, obtain and implement bug fixes and patches if needed, support new applications.
• Network Management: ensure reliability, performance, security, and availability of networks, solve network issues, setting up new users, reporting network problems. Maintain the documentation.
• Backups: monitoring backups, solving backup issues, restoring backups, assist in the migration to new backup solutions.

• Bachelor or Master degree in ICT, or min. 2 years relevant working experience as Network/Virtualization Engineer.
• Good knowledge of recent Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Office365,...), WAN/LAN, DNS, Active Directory, veeam, vmware, remote applications, VPN, …
• Dutch and/or French native speaker with a good knowledge of Business English
• Dynamic with strong communication skills
• Neat presentation and natural disposition for customer service
• Loyal, rigorous and conscientious, keen to learn
• Passion for IT and Cloud computing
• Driving license

• Your salary will be 2500 to 3500 euro gross monthly
• 30 days for a 38hr week or 42 days for a 40hr week
• The working hours are flexible
