Line operator Weert

You will be working at the brand new company Solarge in Weert. Solarge is a company that produces solar panels. The production halls are currently being fully equipped with a brand new production line. You will be working on this production line from the very beginning.

Because Solarge is a startup, no day will be the same, especially in the beginning. Together with the entire team, you will ensure that production starts properly and that you have a fully functioning production line in no time. If you have no experience in this sector yet, no problem at all. Solarge is a company that is happy to work with you! In the coming period you will shape the processes together with your entire team, so you also have a voice here!

You start working in a day shift, but the expectation is that in the 4th quarter of 2023 you will work in a 2-shift system and then grow to 3 shifts. When everything is ready and the entire production is in place, we will eventually work in a 5-shift system. We also ask you to apply if you are looking for a day shift job.

Activities that you will be involved in are:

• Assembly work
  
• Audit work
  
• Minor maintenance
  
• Troubleshooter

The person we are looking for is enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible. In addition:

• Are you available full-time;
  
• Do you start your work on a day shift, but are you prepared to work in shifts in the future?
  
• Are you collegial, because you will work closely in a team;
  
• Do you speak Dutch and/or English (C1).

In addition to a varied job, where there is room for development and a collegial team:

• Salary of €14.47 gross per hour (excluding irregularity allowance);
  
• Travel allowance from 10 kilometers;
