Wat ga je doen?

As an operator at Solarge, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production lines within our specialized solar panel manufacturing company. Our state-of-the-art factory halls in Weert are equipped with the latest technologies in solar panel production. You play an essential role in keeping the production process running smoothly and ensuring product quality.

Your duties as a Line Operator include:

• Operating and controlling the production lines according to the applicable procedures and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and performing maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Perform quality checks on the products produced and intervene immediately in case of deviations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing of production data.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and discussing them with your supervisor.

Solarge is a growing organization that currently works in day shift. With an ambitious attitude and with the expected growth in the coming period, it is likely that there will be a switch to a 2-shift and eventually even 3-shift system, they ask that the operators move along with this.

Solarge is easily accessible from Helmond, Weert, Peel en Maas and Roermond. The location is right next to the highway, so it is easy to reach by car, scooter or even public transport.

Briefly through the production process: Initially the panel is made to the correct size, at the moment they only work with one size so this is all automated (this process must be monitored). be kept in case something goes wrong. Then the solar cells (the blue areas that catch the sun) will be soldered together in blocks of 6 by 6. These will then be placed on a panel The solar cells will be checked and if everything is in order, they will move on to the next station. Here, power drains will be turned on so that the energy from the cells can also be sent somewhere that is ready in the boxes for the customer.

Wie ben je?

• Experience as an operator within a manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of production processes and techniques;
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English and the ability to work well in a team;
• Able to independently solve problems and implement improvements.
