Shift Operations Manager
The company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.
Role Description
As a shift Manager, you will be responsible for the entire production process, coordinating the process from Supply of goods. You will be in contact with several different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for coordinating the entire supply chain operations.
– Responsible for the entire production process, creating annual plans for your team.
– Lead the team by good example, identify training needed, create environment of continuous improvement.
Requirements
– HBO level education or equivalent.
– Leadership experience in Operations.
– Ability to work in shifts (FULLY FREE ON WEEKENDS).
