We are looking for a

Team Lead Seed Cleaning

(fulltime)

Location: Made, the Netherlands
Scope: FTE
Department: Supply Chain/Processing

Reports to: Plant Manager

On a daily basis, the main activities of the Team Lead Seed Cleaning will be focused on:

*Ensuring Safety: managing preventive and corrective actions to ensure the safety of employees.
*Ensuring Quality: ensure compliance with standards in real time to guarantee the quality of the seeds received by ensuring a significant field presence.
*Supervising the organization of the team's activities in connection with the stakeholders.
*Continuous improvement: optimize and develop the workshop's practices on an organizational and technical level by setting up and following dedicated action plans in conjunction with the continuous improvement department.
*Leading the team: encourage exchanges, ensure a good social climate, and encourage feedback.
*Analyzing the performance of the department in terms of Safety, Quality, Deadlines, Costs, Staff Motivation, in close relationship with the internal and external interfaces of the plant in order to ensure and improve the satisfaction of our customers.

Gevraagd

Candidate profile:

• MBO (HBO/Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• 2-3 years experience in a leading position.

• Knowledge of processing or production and quality control.

• Operational execution to provide solutions and opportunities to improvements.

• Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills, as this role interacts with different interfaces of the business.

• Experience with ERP systems
