Job Description:- Independently prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Develop and refine menu items based on seasonal availability and culinary trends.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Oversee stock levels, manage orders, and control food costs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle peak-hour operations efficiently.
Gevraagd
- Education: MBO Level 2 or 3
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP) and best kitchen practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
