🤝 The role: We are looking for a passionate Community & Support Specialist with a deep interest in the world of live streaming and social media, particularly TikTok. As an ambassador for our agency, you will play a key role in developing our creator community and actively contribute to expanding our brand in the French and Belgian markets.

🗂️ Your mission:

1. Customer Service & Onboarding

Respond to creators interested in joining our agency through TikTok and Wix.
Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to guide creators through the onboarding process.
Maintain an organized record of inquiries and follow-ups.

2. Community Management

Manage and engage with the TikTok community through videos and stories on our agency’s official account.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

3. Creator Support

Assist agency creators with any questions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.

Gevraagd

📝 Requirements :

Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service, community management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
