Cordstrap, based in Oostrum, is currently seeking a driven Customer Service Representative for the German market. What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Cordstrap’s customers in Germany, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. You will work closely with your team to manage incoming orders and calls, carefully recording all interactions in the CRM system. Acting as the primary contact for product and sales information, you’ll collaborate with internal departments to efficiently handle stock and financial issues.

Your daily responsibilities will include achieving KPIs, identifying root causes of issues, and initiating improvement initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead activities that enhance customer satisfaction and improve efficiency. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader for the designated market.

In addition, you possess:

A completed MBO or HBO education;
Internship and/or work experience in a similar role is a plus;
Fluent command of German and English;
Strong organizational skills;
A flexible and stress-resistant mindset;
Full-time availability.
