Are you a strong communicator with a sharp commercial sense and the ability to stay calm under pressure? In this international role, you’ll serve as the key contact for customers in Africa and Latin America—ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the central point of contact for clients and internal departments such as supply chain, sales, and finance. You manage the complete order process from start to finish.
This is not a call center position, but a dynamic and strategic support role where independence, communication, and coordination are key.

You’ll be based at our office in Herten (Limburg, the Netherlands) and work in a multilingual, international team with short lines of communication.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing customer orders and contract data in the ERP system
  • Coordinating delivery schedules with logistics partners
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Liaising with suppliers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving issues proactively


Gevraagd

  • MBO+ or Bachelor’s level education
  • Fluent in English, and proficiency in French and/or Arabic is required
  • Experience in customer service or commercial/logistics support
  • Commercial insight and the ability to anticipate client needs
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus

  • A starting salary between €3,000 and €3,750 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week
