Role Description
We are recruiting for a Supply Planner & Analyst to join our client’s dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operational planning, stock management, and data-driven performance improvements for Retail and/or Food Service markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal product availability and supply efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short- to mid-term production plans across contracted manufacturing sites.
Collaborate closely with country teams to proactively manage risks and service levels.
Drive forecast accuracy (RCCP/LTCP) and ensure sufficient capacity planning.
Analyze stock levels, reduce obsolete inventory, and balance service, cost, and cash.
Coordinate transport logistics and packaging flows with partners.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
Utilize SAP, Kinaxis, and BI tools for planning and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, and MS Office.
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Resilient, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
