Role Description
As a Supply Planner and Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our planning operations. From creating efficient production plans to driving analytical improvements, your contribution will directly impact product availability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create optimal short- and mid-term production plans (up to 1 year) for Retail and/or Food Service.
- Be the go-to person for market supply operations (MSOs) and prevent service issues.
- Gather and manage demand forecasts for Rough Cut and Long-Term Capacity Planning.
- Collaborate with Category Planners to align material availability and production requirements.
- Actively identify process inefficiencies and implement structural improvements.
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in planning, logistics, or customer service roles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage change in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- A team player who is also pragmatic, results-driven, and resilient under pressure.
