We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Lead to launch and grow our client’s presence in the Benelux region. You’ll lead business development, shape our market strategy, and build long-term client relationships for an international cybersecurity provider known for resilience-first services (red teaming, SOC, strategic advisory). Their brand is already active across Europe and Africa, and are now looking to enter the Benelux as a key growth region.

Your role will be to build trust, grow client relationships, and shape the regional strategy. You’ll work remotely and independently, with support from an experienced delivery team and international colleagues. Over time, you’ll grow into a leadership role with team-building responsibilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial expansion in the Benelux, with a primary focus on the Netherlands
  • Drive strong revenue growth within a few years
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and public sector clients
  • Translate the company’s resilience-first portfolio into relevant solutions for the Benelux market
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy and shape a local sales function
  • Represent the company at cybersecurity events and industry conferences
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term value
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the Benelux region
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 5+ years in cybersecurity sales, business development, or strategic account management
  • Strong understanding of cyber resilience, SOC, red teaming, or related domains
  • Proven ability to operate independently and build a market presence from scratch
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with CISOs, IT security managers, or public sector stakeholders
  • A relevant professional network in the Benelux is a plus, but not required
  • Leadership experience is not mandatory, but the ability to grow into a leadership role is
