For our client, we're looking for a customer service representative. You will join the customer service team and during your day, you will be in contact with different clients.
- Follow up on product availability with our planning department
- Preparing open order books for our customers
- Preparing shipment announcements for our customers
- Logging, investigating and solving customer complaints
- Processing and follow up on return shipments from customers
- Maintaining the customer service open order report
