Waar ben jij van?Het SOC (Security Operations Center) is een gecentraliseerde afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor het monitoren, analyseren en beschermen van de gemeentelijke organisatie tegen cyberbedreigingen. Daarnaast wordt de afhandeling van beveiligingsproblemen op organisatorisch en technisch niveau vanuit het SOC gecoördineerd. AchtergrondBinnen het SOC worden verschillende monitoring-tools gebruikt. Hierbij is er soms sprake van overlap ten aanzien van functionaliteit. Dit is in hoge mate het geval bij de applicaties Splunk en Dynatrace. Oriënterend onderzoek heeft uitgewezen dat Dynatrace na enige aanpassing en uitbreiding ook alle huidige in gebruik zijnde functies van Splunk kan ondersteunen. Besloten is om de verdere uitwerking van het harmonisatie initiatief en de uitvoering ervan als afgebakende opdracht uit handen te geven. Daarom zoeken wij een Consultant/ Projectleider met specifieke kennis van SOC-dienstverlening en de applicatie Dynatrace. Jouw opdrachtGemeente Rotterdam gebruikt de applicatie Dynatrace in de on-premise variant. Dat wil zeggen dat de applicatie gestationeerd is op eigen hardware in één van onze datacenters. Om nieuwe Dynatrace-functionaliteit te kunnen gebruiken is een migratie naar Dynatrace SaaS vereist. Het eerste deel van de opdracht bestaat om die reden uit het migreren van Dynatrace on-premise naar Dynatrace SaaS. Het tweede deel van de opdracht bestaat uit het uitvoeren van onderzoek naar mogelijkheden om de huidige functies van Splunk en Dynatrace te harmoniseren en in alleen Dynatrace onder te brengen. Het derde deel van de opdracht omvat eerst het uitbreiden van Dynatrace SaaS (functionele inrichting van additionele modules) en daarna de uitvoering van het harmonisatietraject in samenwerking met het SOC en de interne organisaties die thans van de applicaties Splunk en Dynatrace gebruik maken. Je kerntaken zijn:

• Planmatig migreren van de applicatie Dynatrace on-premise naar Dynatrace SaaS.
• Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsonderzoek en adviseren ter besluitvorming.
• Planmatig uitrollen van nieuwe Dynatrace-functionaliteit binnen de organisatie.
• Verzorgen opleidingstrajecten voor verschillende gebruikersgroepen.
• Aanpassen van de SOC Producten en Diensten Catalogus (PDC) en bijbehorende afspraken over het niveau van de dienstverlening (SLA).

Jouw profiel Jij bent communicatief vaardig en je beweegt je makkelijk op meerdere niveaus. Je bent je ervan bewust dat tact soms vereist is, om innovaties binnen een grote organisatie op een juiste wijze te kunnen implementeren. Je weet heel goed de bijzaken van hoofdzaken te onderscheiden. Je voert opdrachten geheel zelfstandig en binnen de afgesproken tijdlijnen uit. Daarnaast werk je oplossings- en resultaatgericht.

Gevraagd

Eisen:

• Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding, in de richting van Bedrijfskunde of Management van Technologie & Innovatie
• Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als Consultant/Projectleider, opgedaan in de afgelopen 10 jaar
• Je bent Prince2 Foundation gecertificeerd
• Je bent ITIL Foundation gecertificeerd
• Je bent PMI Quality Management gecertificeerd

Wensen:

• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Consultant/Projectleider binnen een ICT-afdeling bij een gemeente met minimaal 250.000 inwoners
• Je hebt kennis van en werkervaring met de applicatie Dynatrace en je kunt nieuwe toepassingen implementeren
• Je hebt werkervaring de applicatie Splunk en je kunt nieuwe toepassingen implementeren
