To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious Community Manager for our Exact Online App Store Developers. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the engagement of our App Store partners to fuel the success of our ecosystem. This role is about deeply understanding the developers that are part of our Exact Online ecosystem, their (technical) needs and challenges, and what drives them. You will work closely with your colleagues from Marketing, Products, Technology, Sales and Customer Success to build a thriving community experience, both in person and online. In this role, you develop and manage a sustainable, long-term program and approach. You will start with testing, piloting and pivoting events, programs and initiatives that support the developers in creating better solutions for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Think of yourself as the architect of an engaged, thriving community. Your mission: To make sure developers feel supported, connected, and empowered as part of the ecosystem of Exact.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and lead the internal multi-disciplinary taskforce to drive the success of the developers’ community together. 
• Onboard & welcome new developers in the community.
• Develop smart, scalable ways to track engagement, developers’ needs, and feedback, so we always know what’s going on in the community.
• Develop and initiatives to fuel the success of our App Store.
• Take the lead in organizing digital and in-person high-impact events. 
• Facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing in the community.
• Follow latest technological trends and inform the developers on our integration architecture with APIs, incl. new developments, API documentation and API traffic.

• You bring an outside-in perspective on B2B marketing in the business software market.
• You have a can-do mentality and by digging into root causes of challenges you can develop and execute solutions.
• You have solid analytical skills; using internal and external data points to create insights.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have a Bachelor or Masters’ degree preferably in a STEM field, and 5+ years of relevant working experience 
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
