Do you want to work as a Production Worker in the The Hague region? You will earn between € 14.40 and € 16.50 per hour, depending on your experience. On top of that, you will receive extra allowances for irregular hours and attractive benefits such as holidays and pension.Wat ga je doen?
As a Production Worker, you make sure the bread is ready on time for transport. You will work in a 3-shift system (morning, evening, night) together with colleagues. You like to be active and enjoy contributing to the production of fresh bread.
Your tasks:
Packing freshly baked bread according to the right guidelines;
Checking if bread is packed and labeled correctly;
Sorting and preparing bread for transport;
Working together with colleagues to finish everything on time;
Solving small issues and reporting bigger problems to the technical team.
A salary between € 14.40 and € 16.50 per hour, depending on experience;
Allowances for irregular hours:
34% extra in the evening (18:00 – 0:00) and early morning (0:00 – 6:00);
34% extra on Saturdays;
100% extra on Sundays and public holidays;
Overtime allowance: 25% for the first 8 hours, then 50%;
8.33% holiday allowance;
25 vacation days per year, with the option to buy extra days;
A stable job with the possibility of a permanent contract;
Housing and transport arranged via FlexDirect;
Pension scheme and discount on fresh bread.
You are available for 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system;
You preferably have a driving license;
Experience in a bakery is a plus;
You are willing to learn HACCP and food safety rules.
