As Warehouse Supervisor, you ensure continuous improvement in your department so your team can benefit from more efficient processes. Together with your team, you are responsible for delivering Value Added Services on a production line and managing the logistics flows in and out of two departments, with quality always as the top priority.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure a pleasant and safe working environment, focusing on team well-being and building a motivated team that meets its goals;
• Take ownership of production and team performance;
• Work closely with the Production Planner to optimize planning and processes;
• Manage forecast planning, KPIs, and SLAs;
• Provide regular updates to the customer about progress and results;
• Act as the first point of contact for customer expectations and handle any escalations effectively;
• Ensure processes and procedures are properly documented and followed;
• Perform HR-related tasks such as workforce planning, absenteeism management, and appraisals.

Gevraagd

• At least 2 years of experience in a people management role, preferably within a technical, production, or warehouse environment;
• Knowledge of team management topics such as absence management, performance reviews, and handling difficult conversations;
• Strong leadership skills: you take ownership and responsibility;
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to motivate and logically connect processes;
• Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO);
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus;
• Ability to build strong relationships and act as a mentor/coach for your team.
