As Digital Channels Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and improving all internal digital communication channels. Your key project: delivering a complete overhaul of the intranet (SharePoint Online), turning it into a modern, user-friendly, and strategic platform. You will also optimize tools like Microsoft Teams, Viva, email, newsletters, and digital signage. Additionally, you will support senior leaders in building a strong digital presence, both internally and on LinkedIn.

Volledige omschrijving:

  • Lead the complete redesign and implementation of the intranet (SharePoint Online).
  • Manage and improve digital channels such as Teams, Viva, newsletters, email, and signage.
  • Define and implement governance models, content principles, and support structures.
  • Coach leaders on building a strong digital presence internally and on LinkedIn (in collaboration with HR and external communications).
  • Monitor channel effectiveness using analytics and employee feedback to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors to support platform integration and continuous development.

Wie ben jij?

  • Solid experience managing SharePoint Online and other internal communication channels.
  • A successful track record in intranet redesigns or digital workplace projects.
  • Experience supporting leadership visibility through digital communication.
  • Strong knowledge of UX, HTML newsletters, accessibility and content governance.
  • Skilled in project and vendor management.
  • Fluent in English. (Dutch is not required)
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using data and KPIs to drive performance.
